Who we are
Seenform Studio (“we”, “us”) runs this website and is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, contact us at or the project enquiry form.
What we collect and why
| Data | Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, company (optional), industry, project brief and any link you send through the enquiry form | To read and reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal | Steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries |
| IP address and browser details in technical request logs | To keep the site secure, prevent spam and limit repeated form submissions | Our legitimate interest in running a secure website |
| Pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, device type and key actions such as a form being sent | To understand, in aggregate, which work and pages are useful | Your consent through the cookie banner. Without it, no analytics runs. |
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, add you to marketing lists or make automated decisions about you. This site is not aimed at children.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel: website hosting and technical logs (United States).
- Resend: delivers your enquiry to our inbox (United States).
- Our email provider: stores the enquiries we receive and our replies.
- Plausible Analytics: privacy-friendly analytics hosted in the EU, used only if you accept analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn’t store IP addresses.
Where data leaves the UK or European Economic Area, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. If we work together, project records are kept as long as the contract and accounting obligations require.
- Spam-protection data: held in memory for about 15 minutes.
- Hosting logs: kept briefly by our host under its own retention schedule.
- Analytics: aggregate statistics only, with no individual visitor profiles.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact us at or the project enquiry form and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
Our cookie policy lists exactly what is stored on your device. You can change your analytics choice at any time.
